With all the fuss surrounding Susan Boyle, I decided to watch Diva (1981) again — having last seen it at the theater when it came out. I had arbitrarily excluded jigsaws from my Puzzles in the movies endeavour, but I will mention here the big jigsaw that Gorodish is sporadically seen working on.

I've taken six frames from the movie dealing with that jigsaw and put them in an album. I wonder if the puzzle was real in the sense that it was composed of all those tiny pieces or — more likely, in my mind — had some segments that were cut while others only had a jigsaw pattern printed on them.
