I’ve been a fan of Jack Cole’s comic superhero, Plastic Man, for a good while. First appearing in Police Comics #1 (August 1941), his sidekick, Woozy Winks, did not arrive on the scene until Police Comics #13 (November 1942).

My exemplar is taken from Plastic Man #32 (November 1951), published by Comic Magazines. Plastic Man does not appear in this five-page side story. I’ve added an advert for the Wilson Chemical Co., taken from the inside back cover.
